The formidable pairing of Novak Djokovic and new coach Andy Murray prompts double imaginative and prescient in Carlos Alcaraz.

“If Andy agree of being [Novak’s] coach it is as a result of I believe he feels he’s prepared to do this job. And seeing them round and realizing that Andy Murray is gonna be a coach, I believe is gonna be big for tennis.
“Once I noticed it, I used to be like ‘What’s happening?’ I believe it’s nice. I believe he deserves to be his coach and I believe it’s gonna be an awesome workforce.”
The 2022 US Open champion Alcaraz is increasing his personal teaching workforce.
Alcaraz has added Samuel Lopez, who coached Pablo Carreno Busta for years, to his teaching workforce headed by former world No. 1 Juan Carlos Ferrero.
