Mensik stuns Sinner in Doha for greatest win of his profession

20-year-old Czech units semi-final assembly with Fils in Qatar

Jakub Mensik has pedigree on the subject of inflicting upsets on the Qatar ExxonMobil Open. But the 20-year-old hit new heights on the ATP 500 on Thursday, when he shocked World No. 2 Jannik Sinner with a cultured quarter-final efficiency.

Already up three spots to No. 13 within the PIF ATP Stay Rankings after reaching the final eight in Doha, Mensik produced a relentless serving efficiency to sink Sinner.
